Where might the line break codes be coming from and how might I get rid of them?
2. In the PDF invoice, there is a “pay online” link which is preceded by this language: “Please send this invoice with payment attached to the
address above, or use the payment link below. Payment
must be received within 48 hours of event date.”
The link goes to the page containing this shortcode: [ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS]. But the default language on that page offers no link that can be used to pay.
Where is the “pay online” link in the PDF intended to go?
1) The invoice like is not included within the confirmation email, so I can’t view the invoice currently. You could enable the invoice gateway within Event Espresso -> Payment Settings. ‘Invoice Payment Settings’
Have you modified the invoice template at all?
2) If you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Find ‘Show payment options for “Pending Payments” on the Payment Overview page?’ and make sure it is set to Yes. Then save the settings.
That will set EE to display the payment options on the page linked to in the invoice allowing the attendee to pay via any of the gateways you have active.
