PayPal Payments Pro question

Hi there,
I purchased the business license of Event Espresso. Do I need to purchase, in addition, paypal payments pro? Its confusing because its available under payment options, but I’m not sure what my PayPal Pro email is? Is that just the email I use to login to my merchant account?

I can’t get PayPal Pro working. I get the same error as other people saying the security header is wrong.

Hi John,

Firstly no you do not need to purchase anything from us regarding the gateway, but you will need a PayPal Pro account with PayPal: this is different to a normal PayPal account. If you dont have a Pro account you should use the PayPal gateway within Event Espresso.

The email is just the one you use for PayPal.
