WP 3.9, EE3 (latest, new install)

My client decided to go with PayPal Payments Advanced after we spoke about using PayPal Pro to process registration fees directly on their website. My question is, can I use the PayPal Payments Pro settings in the Payments Settings to include the API signature….even though they are using Advanced instead of Pro? If not, is there a way I can run payments on the site with PayPal Advanced?

Hi Stephen,

PayPal Advanced is not currently available for Event Espresso.

Also, the PayPal Pro payment gateway processes onsite whereas PayPal advanced uses an “iframe” or a “hosted checkout page.”
