I’m having an odd problem with PayPal integration. Everything seems to be set up correctly, PayPal and my website are communicating, and the transaction ID is even getting recorded into the attendee details – everything except the amount they paid is being recorded in the admin area.
I checked the error logs and as far as I can tell, there are no errors happening. Any thoughts? I think it’s odd that all the details of the transaction are coming through except the payment amount…
That is strange. Usually it’s a case where the IPN isn’t reaching the site at all. Is this a case where there is one payment like this or many? PayPal does have a Payment review feature where they will put the payment on hold.
I’ve seen other plugins that have a similar affect, one being the Bad Behavior plugin. If Bad Behavior is active, and PayPal isn’t whitelisted (meaning communications from PayPal get blocked) , it will look like the payment goes through, but doesn’t get recorded accurately.
