Folks,

Paypal IPN Delivery still does not work as mentioned here:

We run EE 3.1.27.1.P and have activated the full logging.

We tried everything on our end, even changed the Paypal account to make sure that it’s not a Paypal issue.

What next? Where do we find the Log file and what to do with this data?

Please provide a solution asap as we have to send out tickets manually for some time. This is not what we have paid for.

Hi Chris,

The log file can be found in uploads/espresso/logs/espresso_log.txt

Email us a copy to support (at) eventespresso.com along with the links to your forum posts so it ties them together.

Hi Chris, It looks like there’s a delay in when the transactions page loads up. Can you try installing the simplified Transactions page template so the Facebook widget comments doesn’t try to load up every time PayPal tries to send your site the Instant Payment notification? There’s a download link for the simplified transactions page template that you can download here: http://staging.eventespresso.com/topic/problems-with-incomplete-payments-download/ Installation instructions can be found in the included readme.txt file.
