Hi – my clients have used Event Espresso successfully for several events and the latest one no longer takes the user to the Paypal page but stops at the page where it says: “Your registration is not complete until payment is received.” It also displays the amount.
I have compared the event details/setup to the previous successful ones with no real differences. I have looked through the general settings as I suspect someone may have accidentally changed something but don’t see anything obviously different.
We are using WP 3.5.1 and EE 3.1.21.P. Please let me know if you have any ideas what may have happened or what setting they may have changed.

Event Espresso 3.1.21.P is kind of old and was available when WP 3.3 was the current version. Before WP 3.5 was released we had to make a few updates to Event Espresso for it to be compatible with WordPress 3.5. That may be part of the issue that you’re seeing.
There is a setting that lets you bypass the payment page and takes the user right to PayPal, so you might check that setting to see if it was changed, but it should still display a PayPal button that when clicked takes you to PayPal.
