despite having turned this on & reading the following posts

I can’t get the credit card option to appear – only paypal payments.

Hi James,

If this is occurring on the PayPal website it is outside of the range of support as the option is down to your PayPal settings not Event Espresso.

That being said, if you have followed the advises on those two (old) forum posts, then I would suggest contacting PayPal to find out why that option isnt available to you.
