Payments not working

I am running the current version of EE that I just upgraded from 3.1.15P and when someone registers for my event, it never takes them to a payment page to prompt them for payment. I have the authorize.net AIM gateway setup.

Additionally, when I activate any other payment option, such as check/money order or invoice, it does not show up.

I have read the docs on upgrading, and did everything according to what the docs said.

Please help asap!

Thanks

Look in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/gateways for older gateway files. If there are any in there, these should be removed. Then deactivate and reactivate the plugin.

There are no files there.

Terry, can you deactivate and then reactivate the plugin and do a test?

Also, check /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates for older template files.

The issue with the other gateways not activating might be related to a plugin conflict, but I’d try Garth’s suggestion to start with a fresh copy of Event Espresso and re-install first.

Garth, thanks.. that worked… now onto another problem…

I have created a shortcode categroy. I have 4 events in that category and only 3 of them are showing up… all of them are active events.

Further on that… it displays all 4 events in Chrome browser, but only displays 3 of them in Firefox.

Hi Terry,

Can you please create a new topic for the shortcode display issues you’re having so we can keep the conversation/issue pretty clean?

Thank you.
