I am running the current version of EE that I just upgraded from 3.1.15P and when someone registers for my event, it never takes them to a payment page to prompt them for payment. I have the authorize.net AIM gateway setup.
Additionally, when I activate any other payment option, such as check/money order or invoice, it does not show up.
I have read the docs on upgrading, and did everything according to what the docs said.
Look in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/gateways for older gateway files. If there are any in there, these should be removed. Then deactivate and reactivate the plugin.
Also, check /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates for older template files.
The issue with the other gateways not activating might be related to a plugin conflict, but I’d try Garth’s suggestion to start with a fresh copy of Event Espresso and re-install first.
Can you please create a new topic for the shortcode display issues you’re having so we can keep the conversation/issue pretty clean?
Thank you.
