Hi,
Paypal payments are going through fine on my website, but any other forms of payment aren’t being processed. There are 2 payments currently stalled on the website. How do I find out what the issue is to resolve it? Thank you!
Some info that may help: It seems to be the payments made with “PayTrace” and Eftpos, that aren’t working. Not sure what Paytrace is. I may have inadvertently set it up, but not properly, I would guess. How do I check to see if they’re set up properly?
Thanks
PayTrace is a payment gateway that can be used with Event Espresso, I have no idea what Eftpos is, if it is a gateway, then it is not a supported gateway.
If by Eftpos you are referring to a bank transfer then this is not automated, the details in the Payment Settings for that gateway should be your bank details and the client then needs to send payment via their bank.
You can check your payment gateway settings by going to the Event espresso menu and selecting Payment Settings.
For most gateways you will normally need to have an active account with the gateway provider (PayPal, PayTrace, etc) in order to enter your details so that the gateway functions correctly.
