We are having a multiple level issue:

First, users payments are never being marked as paid. Even after the payment processes it still shows a payment of $0.

Occassionally, when we go to edit the payment, it shows an Original Ticket Price of $0. This is happening less, but users payments still aren’t being recorded.

Hi Chad,

Can you let us know which payment gateway you are using? If it’s PayPal have you followed this guide:

We built a custom gateway for sagepay, but it was successfully marking attendees as paid until recently.

Hi Chad,

I can advise contacting the developer of the custom gateway for support.
