When I send an invoice to a customer to remind them of a payment and they click they payment url in the email, there are no payment options on the page on my site that it redirects to.

How do I add an option so that customers can complete outstanding payments?

Is it going to the Thank You page? When they go there, and the payment is not completed, it should display the active payment gateway options under the payment overview section.

Yes it directs to the thank you page and the payment overview section is there but no options to pay.

Do you have any payment options active other than Invoice?

I have paypal active. Payments work fine as I am accepting payments however some people have not completed the registration and when they click the link in the email sent, there is no option to pay.

Right, but it should be displaying on that page if they haven’t paid. What version of Event Espresso are you running?

I’m using version 3.1.26.P. I have attached an image so you can see what I am seeing when I tested it. When I look at the source I can see there is a section for payment options but nothing there.

You can enable payment options for pending payments by enabling the setting in Event Espresso -> General Settings under Advanced Options labeled “Show payment options for “Pending Payments” on the Payment Overview page?”
