When someone registers for our event we receive their registration and they and us both receive an email for the registration and the status is saved as pending. The problem is that the payment is then made however the status does change to paid and a email confirmation is not sent. I am using First Data. The payment goes through but I receive no confirmation and the payment status does not show as paid. It still says pending??? |
