I’m wondering if we could update the next version of EE to change the verbage on payment options page from:
Please choose a payment option
to
Please choose a SECURE payment option and add a SSL lock or something else to ensure trust in the transaction. I’ve gotten a few concerns from a few clients that didn’t understand it was secure and industry wide most use verbiage like this as a best practice.
Any chance we might see this on future releases?
Thanks for your great product! Keep up the good work! =)
The SSL lock is added to the browser address bar by the browser when it detects a valid SSL certificate, so it isn’t anything we can touch. If you modify the template to add in an image of an SSL lock if that is what you are after.
