Hi,

I recently set up a new site using Event Espresso (Version 3.1.22.2.P) for a client. It was set up in a sub-directory during development. When it was ready to go live, I moved it to the root folder. Now, when going through the registration/payment process, I get stopped at the confirmation page. I get to the page with “your registration is not complete until payment is received” and then some errors which look like they’re trying to access a file in the old subdirectory.

Warning: require_once(/home/preludem/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso.3.1.22.2.P/gateways/check/init.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/preludem/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso.3.1.22.2.P/gateways/gateway_display.php on line 47

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/preludem/public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso.3.1.22.2.P/gateways/check/init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php52/pear') in /home/preludem/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso.3.1.22.2.P/gateways/gateway_display.php on line 47

The website is at http://preludemusic.ca/ and the old subdirectory was called “/dev”

Can you please let me know what is forcing it to look in the “dev” folder so I can correct this immediately? Thank you very much!
Holly

First deactivate, then reactivate the active payment gateway options. This should update the location paths stored in the database.

Josh, that did it. Thank you so much for all your help. This was the final piece of the puzzle… now I can bill my client for the site. : )
