It doesn’t seem that I have any control over the fields on the payment page. Basically you can hit “Complete Purchase” without even entering anything. Obviously it fails, but how can I control these fields? I checked the questions and questions groups but any changes I make there doesn’t reflect. i.e. making fields mandatory or change their names.
As I can’t access your sites events, I will have to assume some things. First off I am assuming that you are using an onsite payment processor such as PayPal Pro? If so which gateway are you using?
The validation is javascript based, so if you have any javascript errors on the page they could be stopping the validation from working. I can’t see anything generally wrong, but again I cannot access the specific page to check.
Basically open the console and click the console button when on a page, any errors will be shown.
