Hello,
Do you have an intallment payment option to break up the cost over a few payments? Or an option that lets the customer pay what they want? Thank you!
Cindy

Hi Cindy,

Not at the moment, but we are planning on it for a future iteration of Event Espresso. However, it may be several months before this happens.

Thanks for the reply!

Next question:)
Do you have any suggestions for an auto-debit donation plugin that Event Espresso supports?
Thank you for your help!

Hi,

I don’t know of any auto debit situations, but we have a plugin in Pre Release that may suit this situation.

The plugin is called Price Modifier and it uses questions to modify the ticket price, so you could add a dropdown or radio selection to have different donation amounts. The user selects one and it adds that value to the ticket.

That is only available for the Premium version though.

Hello, The client we are doing this for does have the premium version. Would they need to purchase anything to use that module?
Thanks!

To add to my last questions:
Would there need to be any kind of upgrade, or does our current license cover it. The site to reference for you is bootcampnw.com and I believe either rob@roborr.net, or rob@orraclemedia.com are associated with that premium account.
Thanks!!

Hi,

No, no upgrade or extra fees needed if they have a premium licence.

They need to sign up for the Pre Release channel and download the plugin from there.
