Payment Issues

When a person registers for an event it take them to the correct page with all details shown. However, when they select either Download Invoice PDF or Finalize registration we have issues.
In the Download Invoice it provides them with a invoice but no event or attendee details, hence no cost.
Finalize Registration takes them to a copy of this page but no details listed including no cost, if I select the option again it takes me to the thank you page.

The event I am testing it on is http://cegsa.sa.edu.au/event-registration/?ee=128

Hi,

OK a few things to check here.

Firstly in the General Settings, can you confirm that the Page Settings have the correct pages set up? E..g The Auto Return URL page should be either the default Thank You page or whatever page contains the [ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS] shortcode.

Have you modified the payment gateways or copied the gateways to your uploads/espresso directory? I say this because the recent versions of Event Espresso have a different structure on the payment page and yours looks like the old structure.

If so I would rename the espresso directory to force the plugin to use the defaults and see if that resolves the issue.
