Hello,

I’m trying to figure out how to change the from NAME of the emails being sent to my customers after they make an event purchase. As of now it show’s WordPress. Any idea’s how to change it?

Hi,

Go to General Settings, Scroll down to Email Settings and set “Use fancy email headers?” to Yes. This will show the website name instead of WordPRess in most cases.
