Payment doesn't change from pending

Event Espresso – 3.1.34.1.P
Wordpress 3.6

E.E. purchased/went live late September.

We have just begun to utilize the event registration. Payment never changes from pending, even after we receive confirmation from the credit card processor the payment has settled.

Which gateway are you using? I’m assuming that you have ‘Pending’ as the default payment status.

We are using only credit cards as the gateway, specifically Authorize.net. Unless I’m missing something elsewhere I don’t have “pending” as the default

Are you using authorize.net AIM or authorize.net SIM?
