So, I have been looking around the web for an hour now, and finally broke down and decided to post on the forum. When an attendee registers and pays, they receive THREE emails: One from authorize.net (receipt) The Registration email: The Confirmation email: I am not using custom emails for these events, I am using the email per-defined in BASIC SETTINGS I have Tried: (no luck) My Settings: Plugins Installed: Events Espresso Disable Admin Bar

Hi Grant, I’m sorry to hear about this. This isn’t a common thing where the email is blank. It could be a theme or plugin conflict, that’s where I would start troubleshooting. Can you temporarily switch to the twentyeleven theme and temporarily deactivate the non-ee plugins to rule this out? | |
You know what Josh, I think the problem lies in my email client. I am using HORDE, and when I said a mail() from php, the content of the email is blank from another site as well until you download the message titled “unnamed”. Weird… | |
That could be it then. A quick google search returned more than a few support threads dealing with how to fix issues with horde showing blank email pages. I’ll check with Sidney to see if knows anything about this. | |
