hELLO, we are running tests in our checkout process and we did not receive the payment confirmation email after we registered. How do we activate this? We have customized one in the general settings tab. thanks, michelle
we have 17 event listings and need one custom confirmation email to send out for all of these, we do not want to send an individual confirmation email for each event. As some registrants will register for numerous event items. How best to do this/? thx, michelle
There’s an option in Event Espresso>General Settings under Email Settings that you can set to send Payment emails. It’s labeled:
Send payment confirmation emails?
If your finding that payment confirmation emails are not being sent and the payments are not getting completed in the Event Espresso admin, then it’s likely the IPN isn’t set up correctly. If that’s the case, you can set it up using this guide:
While there isn’t an option to disabled the individual registration emails that go out for each event, this can be done by using a custom function. Please see this other support thread for more details:
