Is there a way for customers to register for classes that have multiple sessions, but only pay once for the group of classes. For example, say there are 4 classes in a group, but there is only one fee. So when the customer selects that group of classes, it should list all 4 class dates, then let customer register for all and pay. I don’t see that option. I only see that you can add multiple times during one day.

      Hi Tom,

There’s a few different options to do this, however the easiest to manage for yourself is to force all registrations for a group of events to go through a single event. Meaning 1 attendee list to manage for you and one payment made by attendees.

So, for example lets so we have a 6 week swimming class (once every monday for 6 weeks), you sign up and pay for the full 6 weeks in 1 go. What you would do is create 6 individual events (Swim 1-6) but set Swim 2-6 to all use Swim 1 registration page.

This means they show up as individual events on the calendar/event list but when you click on Swim 2-6 you’ll actually go to Swim 1 to register.

To do this you would create the events, then on Swim 1 click the Short URL button, copy the output within the pop-up and click OK http://take.ms/SYjyn

Then for Swim 2-6 you input that URL into the ‘Alternative Registration Page’ field and update the event http://take.ms/ik7AW

      Does that help?
