Hi – building a site where instructors from different training companies can post events to their page of a my master site. Payment processing would need to be handled by them – I am thinking either multisite or some way for having a way to set a single payment gateway for each instructor. Is there a way to do this? What about charging a % fee per event listing?
Currently it wouldn’t be possible without some custom coding. Having a unique gateway per event or per event manager is something that has come up before and is something we are considering including in future versions but no definite decision has been made yet.
You can set up the plugin on Multisite, though it isnt built to use it, so you may need to do some tweaking.
WE have no system in place to take commissions off events, nor to limit number of events.
One way I was considering for a similar venture was to have the companies pay a monthly/yearly fee for the site usage and they take all the event profits.
