Hello, I am just trying to figure out the reasons an event would oversell. We had 20 spaces available but sold 22. Everything looks legit in the back end and I can’t figure out what went wrong to avoid this in the future. Any ideas what to check?

Currently the check for whether an event is full is done when the registration page loads and not when it is submitted. So there is a window where the event can oversell if the registration page is loaded by, for example, 3 people when there is 1 spot left. Can you check the times that the last people registered and see if they are tightly clustered?
The other possibility is that there are 2 non-completed registrations. Incomplete and pending registrations are not counted toward the limit.
