If I mark a student as overpaid will the credit be put back on their CC if they paid through Paypal integration?

is there a way to put in a company credit memo? We have lots of students from the same companies in which the company pays for them.

Hi,

1) No, refunds need to be manually processed with your payment processor.

2) Yes, the easiest way to do this is to create a custom question that is Admin only and a text area type. This will basically add a section in the attendee profile that you alone can see ad add data to. If you add the question to the Personal Question group it will be for every registrant.

So what happens when I mark it as overpaid?

great thanks just though it might be able to track credit but if it just marks it as overpaid than that’s not what I need.
