| February 18, 2013 at 9:38 am Hi, We seem to be having a problem with Event Espresso at the moment where one person is booking multiple spaces with just one payment using the Realex payment provider. This is the email I got from the user:
“I was attempting to book two places at the above seminar. I registered and paid for my own place. When I went in to register my friend, the site confirmed her registration, but did not direct me to the payment page.” I know we can enable multiple registrations in the control panel but they seem to be able to by-pass the payment page by paying for the event once, clicking the back button and signing up again. Do you know whats going on here? Regards,

| February 18, 2013 at 10:17 am I wonder if they went through the registration, then hit the back button all the way back to the registration form. If they did, their session would not have cleared and could have caused this, which sounds like what you said here:

One thing that may help is you can add a link to the Thank You page, just above the [ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS] shortcode that will take them to the main registration page. |
