Hello

Right now it seems that the main admin email only gets a notification if the payment goes through (even though the attendee gets added to the roster once they’ve filled out the form).

Is there a way the admin can get an email when the attendee registers, and not just if they’ve paid, so that we can follow up with people whose payments fail? Thanks.

Hi Devon,

Not currently no. It may be a feature we add in the future.

It could possibly be customised, we have a list of recommended developers – http://staging.eventespresso.com/developers/event-espresso-pros/

Thanks anyway. I’ll look forward to that becoming standard.
