Hi, I just purchased and installed Event Espresso personal license and installed on WordPress 3.8.1 without an issue, but nothing shows up on my registration pages. I’m sorry if I’m missing something simple, but I can’t seem to find a reason anywhere. See my registration page here: Thank you for your help.
Hi Zach, Can you go to the Event Espresso General Settings and make sure that the Page Settings section has the correct pages assigned? The default should look like this http://take.ms/l0wHM Also make sure that those 4 pages have the correct shortcodes on them. Also make sure that those four pages are published and not password protected/draft/or otherwise not accessible (note, you CAN remove them from your navigation, we in fact recommend so, but they must still be accessible).
Hi Dean, Yes all the settings are as they should be and all pages published and visible. Zach
Hi Zach, does this occur on the single-event page or the event list page or all pages? Can you also try switching to a default WordPress theme (e.g. 2012) and lets see if the events appear?
Hi, I cant get registration to show up for individual events or the main registration page. It did appear when I switched to 2012. Thanks,
This may be related to the issues that are being reported by your theme’s developer here: http://www.cryoutcreations.eu/wordpress-themes/mantra/mantra-2-3-3-stays-in-line They’re advising to reinstall their theme.
Re-installing my theme worked. Thanks for the help everyone! Zach
