Currently none of the events created are showing in the event queue: http://www.reachstudioart.org/event-registration/

Using the latest version of WordPress, EE4, installation was migrated from EE3 (which was only being used as a trial) to EE4.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Alice,

How are you today?

That url is no longer the correct location of your events. Please see: http://www.reachstudioart.org/events/

I tried adding the “Painting” event to my cart, which was successful but it looks like your theme is not complete or there is a conflict because the registration page doesn’t have any styling: http://www.screencast.com/t/9Hn89mMt

Garth,

Thank you for helping!

The styles not loading seems to only happen in firefox and IE and does not happen if I am logged in to WP as a member. I don’t think it’s a conflict with the theme as if I preview another theme I see the same behavior. Any ideas as to why the theme would not be loading?

In searching through the forums I found the issue. Recaptcha was missing private/public keys. It would be great if event espresso could alert to an issue if recaptcha is turned on and this data is missing.

Hi Alice,

In Event Espresso 4, recaptcha should not turn on if no key information has been entered:

If its not working as I described above, could you backup your WordPress and reinstall a fresh copy of Event Espresso 4?

You can download a new copy from your Event Espresso account page.
