In attempting to tidy up a ticket layout, event espresso seems not to load the style sheet. Either as the default ticket where “Select a custom ticket” is selected or when using a custom ticket. Double checking the path to the stylesheet and the stylesheet is in that location. Stumped.
Hi Rochelle, The link isn’t displaying a ticket, do you have a correct link or images?
try this one: http://www.neurorehabnz.co.nz/?ticket_launch=true&id=39&r_id=50e761bcef82d4.85609476&html=true
Hi, It’s 404’ing the css files as it is trying to find them in the uploads/espresso/templates folder instead of the default templates folder. This suggests you may have moved the template file to the uploads, but not the css files as well (they should remain in a folder called css)
they are in a folder called css. The path is: uploads/espresso/templates/tickets and within tickets is index.php and folder css which contains simple.css and tiger.css. I have tried using uploads/espresso/tickets/templates with the index.php and css folder in there but no joy either.
Got it, it was an error in the documentation, that should have been resolved a while back but for some reason is still out there. The files need to be copied to The first template directory is not needed.
