Hello,

I am having the same problem as described here:
http://staging.eventespresso.com/forums/2011/07/paypal-thank-you-page-non-secure-message/

We do not have an SSL certificate for our site.

Surely most people who use EE, use PayPal and don’t have an SSL for their site. Is there a way to get around this problem without installing SSL on our site?

Any help much appreciated,

Ben

Hi Ben,

The only method that I am aware of that will remove the non-secure form message that some browsers display is to install an SSL certificate, and set the return page to load as https. That is what I have set up on my site where I test the Event Espresso PayPal gateway.
