I don’t have any event user roles except Espresso Master Admin.
I want to just have a few Event Admin to scan tickets… event is coming up asap. Thx.
Here’s my system info

Event Espresso – Permissions by Event Espresso version 1.5.4.1,
Event Espresso Requirements Check by Event Espresso version 0.9,
Event Espresso – Ticketing by Event Espresso version 2.0.10.2.p,
Event Espresso by Event Espresso version 3.1.35.P,
I also have:
s2Member Framework by s2Member / WebSharks, Inc. version 131026,
Server Environment
PHP Version 5.4.21

The Roles and Permissions Basic add-on only creates one user role, which is the Espresso Master Admin. In order to have other roles, you will need the Roles and Permissions Pro add-on. It adds the Event Manager and Regional Manager roles.
The Espresso Master Admin role is also referred to as the Event Admin in the EE->User Permissions admin page.
