No Site License or Download Link

    I purchased a Business license, but when I log into my account, there’s no Site license available to use.

    Apologies for that, but your account is marked as free.

    Are you logged into the correct account?

    If you are and you received a confirmation email from Event Espresso for your purchase, please forward a copy of that to sales@eventespresso, linking this forum thread and we can get the matter looked into and rectified as soon as possible.

      sales@eventespresso.com returns an as undeliverable email address?

      I also submitted a contact form with the details of my PayPal transaction.

      Please let me know what additional information you need. I’d like to install this today.

      Hello Rik,

      I am very sorry for the delay and for the trouble. I have corrected your account to show the license key, and files available for download. Also, I extended your license a few days to make up for the lost time. Let us know if you have any issues.
