Hi.

I just purchased Event Espresso and can’t seem to make it work with all browsers. My latest problem is that IE and Firefox return a “No Results Found” page when I click view cart.

The checkout process works with Chrome, but not the other two browsers.

The website in question is:
http://integralfacilitator.com

Hope someone can help me figure why this happens.
Thank you,
Julian

Hi Rebecca,

The process doesnt work with Chrome either so you may be seeing a cached version.

It looks like the redirect is going to the wrong page, can you check that you have a page with the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode and that it is visible to the public (doesnt need to be in a menu, just not blocked). You can check that the pages in the General Settings have the appropriate shortcodes.

Hi Rebecca,

I would also suggest checking for a possible plugin conflict. I would first check to verify that the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode is on the http://integralfacilitator.com/espresso-events-pages/registration/ page as Dean suggested, then start deactivating any plugins that may be adding the #.UN2yLHPjmIc to the end of the URL.

Hi Josh and Dean.
I deactivated the plugin “AddThis Social Bookmarking Widget” and nothing extra is being added to the URL now.

However, I seems that Chrome works and the other browsers do not. I cleared the cache of chrome and still works.

I’ll try it this afternoon from another computer.

Hi Josh and Dean.
The problem was the the registration page was private. Now it all works well.
Thank you for the help.

Hi Rebecca,

I tested again in Chrome and Firefox and it showed the cart correctly. You are running HTTPS on that page and the Attendee details page, which may cause issues with browsers due to mixed secure and unsecure content (some browsers refuse to display the unsecure content)
