Can the system give us a report on course bookings received over a period from a particular client? We’d like to track our customers are sticking to their training allocations.

Hi Shane,

Can you elaborate a little more on what you are looking for? It sounds like the ticketing add on might be what you need to use for this. It will allow you to mark attends as attended within the dashboard. Or, you can use the iOS or Android app to scan the tickets. Then you can see who attended and who didn’t, by viewing the attendees in the dashboard.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Hi Jonathan,

We are in the hospitality training industry and have a number of customers on retainers. We are using Event Espresso for booking our training courses.

We would like to be able to report on each of the customers to make sure they are using up their training allocations.

Let me know if it’s still not enough info.

Thanks

Hi Shane,

There is no reports in built that can provide that information. However you can export the attendee data to a spreadsheet and use whatever system you feel comfortable with (i.e. pivot tables etc) to get the information you need.
