Can the system give us a report on course bookings received over a period from a particular client? We’d like to track our customers are sticking to their training allocations.

Can you elaborate a little more on what you are looking for? It sounds like the ticketing add on might be what you need to use for this. It will allow you to mark attends as attended within the dashboard. Or, you can use the iOS or Android app to scan the tickets. Then you can see who attended and who didn’t, by viewing the attendees in the dashboard.

There is no reports in built that can provide that information. However you can export the attendee data to a spreadsheet and use whatever system you feel comfortable with (i.e. pivot tables etc) to get the information you need.
