I am trying to add the following code to Home.php in the event theme from elegant themes…

Web Site: http://fullthrottleacademy.com/
Coding added:

Exciting News!

Day / Night Classes Now Available

Full Throttle Riding academy is now offering the first day / night courses in Colorado. The calendar below will allow you to select a course that fits best with your schedule. Our range has been approved by the State of Colorado to feature a training course under the lights! We have worked hard to get this approved and strongly believe that it will make you a more complete rider. If you have any questions please contact us at 303-503-7381.

When adding this to the theme, my Calendar becomes broken. The advance / retract month icons do not function nor do any of the links at the top of the calendar. I am duplicating a prior sequence in the coding of the site from home.php and manipulating it to be my own. The problem seems to lie in having multiple code designations on the same page. If I single out the code above and remove the fullwidth coding above it the calendar works as it should. Once I add both the calendar stops functioning. I will leave the site up with the adjusted coding so that you can see what is going on. I would assume there is a slight amount of PHP that has to be added to allow the calendar to function properly. Can anyone help me out with this?

Thanks,
Jesse

I moved the coding above below the calendar and the calendar functions as it should. I still want to put it above the calendar but this works for now. Please give me input when you get the time.

Hi Jesse,

It looks like the code you posted isn’t displaying. Can you try posting that in a github gist or at pastebin and post a link so we can take a look?
