When I log in as a regional manager. I can create venues which is great. When I create an event it is not showing any venues at all to choose from even through I have created one with the regional managers id and I have also given the regional manager permissions on the venue manager role. How can I resolve this? Thanks a lot Tracy

Are you creating the venues as the admin?
In order for regional managers to see the venues that you add, you will need to log in as a regional manager. In other words, users can only see venues that have been created by a user in the same role.
Thanks for the quick answer. No I created the venue as a regional manager and then went straight to create the event and I cannot see any venues listed so I could not choose the venue I had just created?
Can you advise – I can give you login access so you can see this.
thanks
