validation not working

Hey EE peeps. I am struggling with getting EE to validate name and email fields. I have verified that the theme is breaking it:

I have attempted to update the jquery that the form is loading in it’s library.php filed:

wp_deregister_script( ‘jquery’ );
wp_register_script( ‘jquery’, ‘http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.2/jquery.min.js’ );

This was set to 1.7.2, but I have updated it to 1.8.2 – still the same issue. Curiously, when I complete an event registration and click the back button to the form, the event registration validation works?!

I have trolled the forums and am looking for a miracle as we go live with this site one week from today. Any thoughts on that? Thanks in advance for your – digging EE!!!

Hi,

Your registration form is behind a login system. Is it possible to get test access in order to test the form and see whats happening please?

If details cant be added to the forum direct, please send them via this form
