Hi, I’ve got this message at the top of my screen in dashboard view, Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /home/content/n/o/w/nowcom/html/wealthfromthesource.com/wp-includes/post.php on line 2996 When a client tries to finish registering, after they submit their payment info, they are taken to a page that says something along the lines of, “Whoops, Page Not Found”. In Event Espresso settings, the Auto Return URL (Thank You and Return Payment page: is set to “Main Page”, instead of the Thank You page, however it lands on that “whoops, page not found” page. I tried to create a new Thank You For Registering page, but when I tried to publish the page, I got a white screen with the error message followed by : Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/n/o/w/nowcom/html/wealthfromthesource.com/wp-includes/post.php:2996) in /home/content/n/o/w/nowcom/html/wealthfromthesource.com/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 876 Please help, thank you.

Hi Russell,

The 4 core pages of Event Espresso, can be changed in terms of name, but the must have the correct shortcode in them (and I believe one page cannot contain more than one of these special shortcodes). Therefore having the Main Page as the Thank You page will break things.

The white screen error could be related but Event Espresso has no power over the default Page creation system, so it shouldnt be a factor.

Have you been able to create posts and pages since trying to create that thank you page?

Hi, I saw that both the Auto Return and Cancel Return pages were set to Main Page, which is not what I had set them to. So, I changed them back to Thank You and Cancelled, which are the pages that contain the appropriate shortcodes, and the error message has gone away. I was getting the white screen with error messages when I tried to update or publish any page, even outside of the Event Espresso pages. Do you know how the Auto Return and Cancel Return fields would have been changed to Main Page before I changed them back?

Thank you.

Hi Russell,

Do you know how the Auto Return and Cancel Return fields would have been changed to Main Page before I changed them back?

I have seen this crop up a couple of times, but no set reason as to why. I would keep an eye on it and let us know if it occurs again and advise any changes made around that time (updates, plugin additions etc.

I was getting the white screen with error messages when I tried to update or publish any page, even outside of the Event Espresso pages.

Has this been resolved now or is it still occurring?
