No Registration Form

Using the sample CSV provided, the registration form is not appearing when the Register button is selected. The page reloads, no form appears.
– Tried deactivating all plugins except for Event Espresso.
– Have not yet set site license key as this site is still a dev site.

Hi tom,

Can you check that the four core pages are public (published, not password protected, etc) and that they have the correct shortcodes?
