We had trouble with a virus on the site. Now virus is gone but so is the payment page after registration. We have always had paypal hooked up and it worked fine until now.
WordPress Version: 3.5.2
PHP Version: 5.3.24
MySQL Version: 5.0.96
Event Espresso Version:3.1.29.1P
Can you describe what you mean that the payment page is gone? Do you have a link to the page? Do you have all the Event Espresso setting pages configured correctly? Can you give us more information so we can understand the issue?
In the past when student registered they were sent to the paypal payment page after they entered their personal information. Now they just go to a blank page.
Is there a payment page that should be there? If so where and what should it look like?
A payment page should appear after the registration page form, or after the confirmation page if it’s set to display a confirmation page in Event Espresso>General Settings. It will display a Payment overview and the payment options that are activated.
I checked the site in question and it appears that the page that loads up after the registration from is not loading up any content. It looks like you have an older version of Event Espresso installed that had a compatibility issue with the newer versions of Jetpack. If you update to the latest release of Event Espresso that should help.
It also is indicating that it’s being served as a cached file by the W3 Total Cache plugin. It would be best to update the W3 Total Cache plugin’s settings to not allow the event-registration page to not be cached.
