I have run into a weird problem today: when users have filled out their registration details, they end up at a page that says that the registration can only be completed when payment is verified, but there is no possibility to pay. Multiple Payment Gateways are active.
Through the backend of the website, it is possible to manually download a PDF invoice. When I click the ‘pay online’ link there, it refers me to the ‘Thank you’/[ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS] page. Unfortunately, this is empty.
I think I have missed something basic, but haven’t found a solution yet. Hopefully there is someone here who can help!
Generally that message only appears when an offline payment like invoicing is used. Are the registrants being added? What exact gateways are you using?
Regarding the payment link, if you go to General Settings make sure “Show payment options for “Pending Payments” on the Payment Overview page?” is set to Yes, and the payment options will appear on that page.
