Hello,

Our site has been working fine for a while now. All of a sudden it’s no longer requiring people to pay. Anyone can register for an event without having to make a payment. We want to make sure we are getting payment while user registers. Version Version 3.1.27.1.P

Hello,

You are running an old version of the software that is no longer supported:

http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/change-log/#3.1.27.1

Please update to the current software. Begin by backing up your WordPress:

https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups

Next, download the latest version of your Event Espresso software from your account:

http://staging.eventespresso.com/users/inikosoft/

Now login to your WordPress admin and go to Plugins. Locate Event Espresso in the list of plugins and deactivate it.

Next, login to your WordPress root with an SFTP or FTP client (FileZilla and Cyberduck are free options). Then browse to the WordPress plugins folder:

wp-content/plugins

Locate the Event Espresso folder and relocate it one level above the WordPress plugins folder and add old to the end of the folder name:

wp-content/event-espresso-old

Return to the Plugins screen in the WordPress admin and click on Add New –> Upload. Then browse to the zip file that you downloaded from your account. Select it and begin the upload process. You can activate Event Espresso after it has finished.
