I am very dissapointed . First of all
1. Deleted event shows still on page , nothing I can do
2. If I want to modify an event the options I am getting are very limited, cant make any changes have to delete the event and post it again.
3.The events don’t show in the right order
4.Calender options are not working Grid view ????
4. when I register an event 2 REGISTER EVENT buttons are showing
5.I am not getting a button to pay ???? Eway ????
It sounds like there may be a conflict on your site. Have you had a chance to test on defaults (temporarily disable all plugins and reactivate Event Espresso & addons)?
Could you please share a link so I can take a look?
The Gold Cart token likely has an Eway gateway function that’s conflicting with Event Espresso’s Eway Gateway. Can you let us know which of the two Eway options (onsite or offsite) are you using?
Hi Josh,
The only option they have is onsite payment connection with Gold plugin .. Event Espresso links back to there transaction page on the site and gives the error payment not sucesfull but actually it is .
Can you send a copy of the Gold cart plugin that you have installed to support@eventespresso.com? We may be able to come up with a work around so that it doesn’t load its functions when Event Espresso tries to communicate with Eway.
