Hi. I’m not receiving any confirmation mails with a free event. The price is set to $0.00.

Hi,

Are no emails at all being received or is it just one missing (Admin email or Attendee email)?

Have you checked your spam folder?

Some servers email systems benefit from using a thirdparty plugin such as WP Mail SMTP or a service such as Mandrill or Postmarkapp.

Hi Dean. I’m not receiving any emails. I’ve checked the spam folder and they are not coming through. I did get this working once before with my email address (gmail) but for some reason it’s not working now. Can you advise troubleshooting steps?

If you set up the plugin WP Mail SMTP with your gmail account, you can send a test email from the WP Mail SMTP settings page, so you can determine that mail is going out in general.
