I click on purchase tickets, input personal information, and recaptcha codes at the bottom, click submit, next I get the correct page to confirm purchase, click on it then I need to select authorize.net payment button, then input CC info, press confor purchase it goes off to lala land and return with a blank page and

ht=”16″ alt=”stumbleupon” /> at the top of the page.

this happens when I purchae tickest as a regular user on my site, if I am logged into WordPress admin, everything works great.

Hi Nina,

Is there a caching plugin active? If so, can you disable caching for the pages that handle the registration? The pages that handle the registration are set in Event Espresso>General Settings under page settings.

Another thing to check is a plugin conflict. Is there a plugin that is outputting the stumpleupon code ?

Hi Josh,

Thank you for your quick response and helping me. I am very new to this so if I ask questions that seem stupid, please forgive me.

There is no plugin for caching that I can tell.

I do not know about stumpleupon code, I have 3 activate plugins

Jetpack, which came with WP
WP-Recaptcha
Event Expresso

any direction you can provide would be great,

thank you

Nina

Hi Nina,

Have you checked your Event Espresso > General Settings and made sure that default pages required by the plugin are there and correct?

I would also recommend changing your Permalinks to a “pretty” permalink.
