Calendar, MailChimp, Member addon,Multi Event Registration,Permissions,Recurring Events,Social coupons, Social Media, Ticketing, API plugin

I have been asked if I can get Event Espresso Ticketing working using mobile ticket scanning for security of the event hosting 200+ delegates plus guest, press, and VIPs for a political convention. I need help to understand what issues need to be addressed to integrate all of the EE features involved. I don’t want to miss something that need to be done.

I have created an event in the Calendar. I have created Ticket templates for four classes of attendees, Delegate, Guest, Press Pass, & VIP passes.
I have down loaded the mobile app to iPhone and iPad. At this point, I am not sure I have completed all the task I need to accomplish. How can I test all of this, to be certain it will work for my security team when the 200+ delegates and guest arrive for my event?

Hi Patrick,
I can suggest making a duplicate of your events and running some test registration (and try paying with your payment gateway in sandbox mode). Then check to be sure that the emails work. Once you get to that point, you can fire up the ticketing app to be sure everything works. You’ll want to be sure you have your ticketing add-on set up as outlined in this documentation:
