New changes to event not displaying

We have had to change the venue for an event. Despite clearing the cache, the old venue still shows up on the event page displayed for users. The new venue does show up on the set-up page. We have had this problem before when we have used an old template for a new event but this is not the case this time.

Please help!

We are using Word Press Version 3.6; Event Espresso v 3.1.30.7P, we just updated wordpress but have been using 3.1.30.7P since it came out.

Hi there,

That is a pretty old version of Event Espresso. If I’m not mistaken, we updated Event Espresso to accommodate for WP updates since 3.1.30.7. This could cause issues. Can you run the updates and let us know if they corrects the problem? Be sure to do a good backup before updating. Also, do you have any caching plugins installed? If so, you may need to clear the cache through the plugin as well as the browser.
