Is there a way for us to get an email notice every time a new attendee registers for an event but does not take the final step of paying for the event?

Hi Jeff,

Yes. If you go into Event Espresso>General settings and look in Email settings, there’s an option you can set to Yes. It’s labeled:

Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?

Josh thanks, but does that email go to me as the admin informing me that an attendee registered and didnt pay or does it go out to the attendee? I need an email going to me as the admin so I can be notified to contact the ateendee for payment.

Hi Jeff,

One goes to you, and one goes to them.
