1. I’m using the authorize.net AIM for payments and when I receive confirmation emails from authorize.net it is missing certain information like first name, and last name. For some reason its not transferring certain information.
2. Is there a way to have an admin email sent if a user fills out a form and submits but then cancels before sending payment?
Thanks

1) Have you modified any of the Template/Gateway files?
2) If you set Event Espresso -> General Settings. Under ‘Email Settings’. Set ‘Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?’ to Yes and save the settings.
The user will receive a registration confirmation email before payment is made, as will the admin.
